The wine 'Mukuzani' from Gocha Ichkitidze is produced in the microzone of Mukuzani, Kakheti. Saperavi grapes are harvested by hand from thirty-year-old vines and fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperatures, then aged in oak barrels for 20 months. The aroma includes notes of cherry, ripe plum, and vanilla, and the taste is full-bodied with a velvety texture.
