Kardanakhi 1888 Tsarapi is a dry white wine from the Kakheti region, made from the Rkatsiteli grape variety. The wine is fermented and aged in qvevri, which gives it an exceptional aroma and complexity. The aromas of pear, peach, and subtle hints of sour plum are accompanied by vibrant acidity and a clean finish. It pairs excellently with seafood and aged cheeses.
